Default used WordPress extensions on your hosting
Currently on the Plugins section of WordPress site has over 5500 extensions. Everyone user can be lost in the ability to complement the functionality of its site powered by WordPress.

WordPress WordPress Plugins akismet - I have not yet had any problems - it has not previously blocked a valid comment and I not remember when was the last time is missed spam.
WordPress WordPress Plugins google-sitemap-generator - is made obligatory for all who want to do SEO.
