My previous post about the 7/09 referral payments being over 1 month late was deleted (wonder why!) so I guess I will start a new thread.
8/09 referrals
still are not paid to us! We have emailed you (ticket below over a month ago!), called and left messages for you at your voicemail and even left message for you on your cell phone. NOBODY responds to anything.
Per our last phone conversation and the ticket below, the 7/09 and 8/09 referrals were going to be paid in one lump sum. When I talked to you on the phone weeks ago, you stated you 'were 5 minutes away' from releasing payment to us. Still nothing.
The complete thread and ticket ID are below. I emailed you once again on same thread last week and still no response...

This is regarding 8/09 affiliate pay. We still do not have it.
I spoke to you multiple times at the end of September about 7/09 affilites that we never got. You stated (below) that both 07/09 and 08/09 would be paid in 1 payment within a few days. About 2 weeks later, we got a deposit for $3060 which represented 07/09. 3 weeks later and still no 08/09 payment. Again.
Here are my questions I need answered...
When is this payment being released?
Per the original inquiry for this ticket, CreditCard123.org was not credited this month. Will this be credited for 08/09?
From 05/09, these affiliate still are not paid (mypetcarestore.com, carlysplace.com, creditfixking.com). Will these finally be credited on 08/09?

Sorry for all the delays over the last couple of months. The guys here
where just worried that perhaps you guys where referring duff customers...
but after reviewing all they found everything is fine. So we will combine
all payments for you into one block.
This can happen if more then 85% of customers that you refer in 1 month leave
from last year without having contacted us once... they get a little worried.
Apart from that, I apologize again for the delay.

At this point, I just want my questions answered and the correct payment paid ASAP, as promised over and over again it would be. I refer over 30 new customers a month and don't need this headache anymore... it would be nice to partner with a hosting company that actually helps their affiliates and responds to inquires.
Each month I spend more time with Hostican trying to get responses than I do promoting my business... Imagine what I could refer if I wouldn't have to spend so much time on this affiliate program!
If anyone would repond (at all) to our inquires that we made by phone, email or ticket support, we wouldn't be posting here...
