Need a little bit of help

Hi,

I am waiting for payments for quite sometime now. I was told that payment will be made after few days by Denis Motova. But it never happened. I wrote emails to affiliate department yet no response. Finally I decided to jump on the forum and see if someone here can help me get paid.

Is there someone who can help?

I wonder if this thread will stay here or get deleted.

According to what the accounting people have told me, everyone has gotten paid for all legitimate referrals. These payments all go out around the first of the month, give or take a few days, like clockwork.

We, of course, deduct for people who cancel within 30 days, transactions considered fraudulent, but that's standard in the industry and just plain common sense.

If you feel you have a problem, please contact support and list the referrals for which you feel you haven't been paid and they'll look into it.

And, no, your message isn't being deleted.

I will be glad to review this for you. However, you may already know that affiliates that refer high levels of fraud to our hosting network are subject to an account review and pending this review their accounts are either released or terminated - including all commissions that are earned within unless they are found to be valid.

Having said the above, I will check with accounting on your account review and see what is going on there and post you an update.

I would love to have got the support I wanted but never got the reply to my emails. Yes the customer was one of my friend who purchased hosting on my recommendation. He is still hosted with Hostican. Yet I have never been paid.

Here I see you now..You have not responded to me on skype for so long. You were the one who said I should expect the payout within few days as your affiliate department was facing some issues with paypal.

The strange thing is I no longer see the sale in my account. The person that was referred is still hosted with u guys.

If u need the detail let me know and I will gladly provide that to u.

Sound weird at least. I always been payed for all orders referred by me. However, I've never referred a fraud case... so never had any issues - even though I refer my clients all the time to HostICan

Yes, we've not been allowed to use skype anymore at work. However, I'm always around you know this - PM me your friends site, and I will check. I'm still checking with accounting about your issue - just this whole fraud referrals didn't help at all....

I also am surprised as I never read anything negative abt hostican. How can it be fraud as my client is still hosted with hostican?

I have referred all the clients to other hosts as I never got paid here. I was too lazy to join forum and post. Yeah I did email affiliate department several times. No response from them.

I'm not sure. However, if you've referred fraud before, I don't think that its unfair to expect all payments to you to be held until 100% sure. Also, if you've used another affiliates coupon your commission would be sent to the correct affiliate.

As I've said - I've always been paid and never late either. So you're story doesn't seem to quite line up at the moment. My avg referral to (HIC) is about 30 new signups per month and I've always been paid on them all.
