Hostican affiliate program success rate

been few months promotion hostican hosting.
And so far genereted some sales.

For my referral, The successfully sales that bring to payment is about less than 70%.
Where the remaining 30% is failed, and might meaning they canceled their account, or anything that might caused them to quit after sign up.

$90 dollars payout.. after the 70% success rate, and the average will be about $60 dollars per sales generated.

My concern is big. The 30% failure is huge lost to any business.
And so far i been promoting quit a lot hosting program. And some decent affiliate program does make it to over 95% success rate.

Which means, there is problem at somewhere. And it should be fixed. 30% is a very big effect to any business.

my hope is that, as #1 rated affiliate program, i really look forward for better conversion from hostican hosting, in really short future.

i not sure about other affiliate?
Anyone getting better conversion rate? more than 70% success rate? or 90% ?

I've had 69% success on Dec and Jan payments.

The word I have on this is they are working on some backend issues to clear this up a bit. We're seeing commission emails when we shouldn't (incomplete payments, etc).

Yes, it is frustrating. You need to resist the temptation to budget future money. Don't budget and plan on anything until it is in your hands. I learned this the hard way a year ago.

Yes, November / December was a little rough - as it always is... as you know since everyone "increases" their offerings, you get customers that want all for next to nothing (i.e such as SSH, IP, /whm, etc... all for $4).

I think we're doing well. Mainly most of the issues arise from that kind of deal - then you get the charebacks and all that adds to it.

I'm hoping to see that dissipate as we go into the New Year.

Me too! I def want to see this failure rate decrease.

I'm sorry to say I'm experiencing the same thing. Seeing 30-40% of sales not being credited on a regular basis is disappointing. This is a higher rate than other programs I participate in.

Hey guys,

I've heard about this issue before, and are working on getting it resolved. Mainly why you guys are seeing this is mostly caused by one of the following reasons:

1. PayPal - users not paying.
2. Your referrals using another affiliates coupon
3. Refund etc...

There are the main reasons. However, we are working on V3 that will fully automate this process so you won't have to deal with the above issues and that will speed up the whole process - so at the end of the month, is what you see is what you get (WYSIWYG) if you will.
