Are the coupon amount deducted from our referral commissions?

I have 2 questions:
1) When we set an amount for the coupon, is that amount deduced from our commission per referral?
2) What is the maximum amount allowed, since when I googled I find people going up to $50-$90 bonux..

Thank you for your posts here:

1. This isn't removed from your commission, so this is one of the key advantages of our affiliate program.
2. The absolute maximum allowed is "$50" but you have to refer at least 50 customers per month to be eligible for this. Directly via your web interface (affiliate program) you can make a coupon up to the amount of $35

It did remove from my commission, i have a 30$ coupon and i got a commission of 40$ but this is not very important for me, the problem is i just got the money but i got the mail using paypal and i can't use paypal as iam from egypt, can you please please send the money using moneybookers, i just sent you an email to affiliates@hostiacn.com and waiting for your reply now, please send it and don't just tell me will consider it in the future, thanks.
