When it says to "change the value". That means the url that is presently in the large box to my taogem.com, right?
How to move your WP blog to a new domain?
1. Login to your cPanel >> PHPMyAdmin
2. Select the WP Blog database
3. Click on wp_options
4. Now click on “Browse” on the tabs at the top
5. Find a link that says “Siteurl” should be the first row
6. Click the pencil to edit
7. Change the value in there and click “Go” to save the changes
