Yes, there must be a CRON but I'm not aware of it? What you could do I mean if you need to send like 150+ for example, you may consider upgrading to a VPS-Rage hosting account where you wont have limits like this placed on your hosting account. Shared has to be limited, due to the amount of abuse that happens otherwise... kinda learned this from exp.
