i am a powweb customer as well.
for the year 2007, they really not doing well. Hosting with them is always having problem, reason is due to their mysql database causing the server to running slow.
end of 2007, and early this year, seem like they got it fixed, and my hosting with them is getting better (if compare to last time.)... still got lots of space for improvement
