Hi all.
I am using phpBB on the HostICan server. I need to install a modification that permits me to approve any post before it is visible to the public - This is the Mod:

Does anyone know exactly how I can do it?
I am not technically proficient, so
if this needs to be a paid "job" for someone who can do it, let me know how much $. Apparently it's a "no brainer" - NOT for me.
